Condo market? I don't care.

It made me sad when I read the article in The Oregonian about the condo market cooling down. I want more neighbors. The Metropolitan building next to me is complete and people are now moving in. It's kind of exciting because thats a whole bunch of new neighbors. Possibly with cute dogs that Snickers can say hi to when we're out on our walks.

I refuse to look a the downside of the condo market cooling down. It doesn't exactly affect me. I'm still living in my place. I don't think I'm selling it anytime soon...and my mortgage is the same. Big deal if it cools down. Hopefully people WAY out in suburbia will get tired of mowing their lawn and move into the city where there are more things to do.
