Sauna

Sunday night I went to Loyly. It was nice to relax in the sauna and the steam room. My grandma's house had a huge sauna in it. My mom has always been a fan of the sauna. At the club in The Dalles some of us girls on swim team would go in the sauna after practice just to goof off. My mom would always put eucalytus oil on the rocks and smell up the whole locker room. Gosh mom!

I looked up the benefits of going in the sauna on wikipedia. Wow, maybe thats why my mom has always received compliments about her skin, and not having wrinkles for a woman her age. I better continue my trips to the sauna so I can lessen my chances of getting wrinkles.
